It was my fifth blood donation. Hb was rather low, only just above the limit, so I must add dried nettles to the cookings. They would've given me pills but I prefer the nettles. A lot of people had come to donate, which is always nice in a faith-in-humanity-restored-kind-of-way.

Kanasalaati söin, ol maukas, ja mite hyö tiesiitkii laittaa sekkaa pestoo ja aurinkokuivattuu tomaattii, iha ko minnuu varte! Siin varttuis käin ostamas vähä korttipohjii ja sit ko siin luumuilin ni miehä näi tälläsii jännii koodiloi seinäs ja het kuvasin. Mitä hyö lienööt. Tuole HV-lyhenteelehän on perinteisest olt tietty vastine (Lapilahe Linnut, avaruussketsit, EVVK, muistaakskuka?) mut luulisin jot täs yhteyves se ei sitä tarkota. Miehä oon siis vastikkää kahtont Imitation Gamen ja Enigman ja kuunnelt Alan Turingin elämäkertaa äänkirjan, nii jot oon ikkääko virittynt näile taajuuksile.
A dear friend of mine wanted to buy me lunch in the Best Restaurant in Town first, though, so that we'd be strong and nourished on the blood donation bed. I had a chicken salad which was really good, with pesto and sundried tomatoes - you'd think they knew I was coming and prepared the dish according to my taste. But even before lunch while I was waiting for my friend I noticed these codes on a wall. Of course I took a photo. Things like this are always interesting. To me, at least. Now I'm wondering what the markings mean. (Yes, I've been watching The Imitation Game, Enigma as well as listening to Alan Turing's life story, audio book version, so I am tuned to this kind of stuff.)
